Request removal of your Digito Spaces account and associated data. You do not need to reinstall the app or sign in to submit a request.

What happens next?
- We receive your request and reference number.
- We verify ownership. Never send us your password or payment PIN.
- We explain any active-lease, payment or record-retention requirements.
- After verification and resolution of necessary steps, we remove account access and associated live profile data and confirm completion through your contact channel.
Removed data includes profile contact details, Google sign-in association, identity documents, account notifications, tours, broker application details, housing requests and associated conversations. Financial/lease records and relevant security audit references may remain where required. Any financial retention must have a recorded reason and expiry communicated to you.
Deletion does not automatically terminate your rental contract or issue a payment refund. Backup copies follow the hosting backup-expiry schedule; contact us for the schedule applicable to you. Read the retention section of our privacy policy.
